Ordering
How far in advance should I order?
I'd recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly for weddings and peak periods like summer and Christmas. For birthday cakes I can often accommodate shorter notice - just drop me a message and I'll let you know my availability.
How do I place an order?
Get in touch via the contact page with your occasion, date, rough guest count, and any design ideas. I'll come back to you with a quote and we'll go from there.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. Full details will be provided when I send your quote.
Can I make changes after ordering?
Minor changes can usually be accommodated up to a certain point before your event date. Get in touch as soon as possible if anything changes.
Design & Flavours
Can I choose any flavour?
Yes - see the Flavours page for a full list. Each tier of a multi-tier cake can be a different flavour if you'd like.
Can I order taster cupcakes?
Yes. I offer taster cupcakes so you can try flavours at home before committing. Available in boxes of 6 or 12. Get in touch to arrange.
Can I bring my own design inspiration?
Absolutely. Pinterest boards, photos, fabric swatches, invitation cards - anything that helps me understand your vision is welcome.
Do you make gluten-free or vegan cakes?
Yes, most flavours are available gluten-free and I offer vegan sponge and buttercream options. Please mention any dietary requirements when you enquire.
Delivery & Collection
Do you deliver?
Delivery is available for weddings and larger events. Get in touch to discuss your requirements and I'll confirm availability for your date and venue.
Can I collect my cake?
Most orders are collected from 66 Thelwall New Road, Warrington. I'll arrange a convenient collection time with you once your order is confirmed.
How is the cake packaged?
All cakes are boxed and ready for collection. For delivered cakes, I take care of transport and setup at your venue.

How much does a cake cost?
Every cake is bespoke so pricing depends on size, tiers, flavour, and design complexity. Get in touch with your requirements and I'll provide a personalised quote.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges depend on your venue location. This will be included in your quote.
