Drip cakes can be made as a single tier for smaller gatherings or scaled up to two or three tiers for larger celebrations. Each tier can be a different flavour, which makes a multi-tier drip cake a great option when you want to cater for different tastes.

    A drip cake is a layered sponge cake with a smooth buttercream finish, topped with a ganache or chocolate drip that runs down the sides. The top is then decorated with a combination of toppings - chocolates, sweets, fruit, macarons, or personalised toppers - to create a bold, impressive centrepiece.

  • Can I choose the drip flavour and colour?

    Yes - the drip can be made with dark, milk, or white chocolate ganache, and white chocolate drips can be coloured to match your theme. Just let me know your colour scheme when you get in touch and I'll work it into the design.

  • How far in advance should I order?

    Please order at least 6-8 weeks in advance where possible, and earlier during busy periods like summer and Christmas. Last-minute requests are always welcome - just drop me a message and I'll check my availability.

  • How many guests does a drip cake serve?

    It depends on the size and number of tiers. As a rough guide, a single-tier cake typically serves 15 to 25 guests, while a two-tier serves 35 to 55. I'll help you work out the right size based on your guest count when you get in touch.

  • Can I collect the cake?

    Collection from my home in Thelwall, Warrington is the standard option. Delivery may be available for weddings and larger events across Warrington and the Northwest - just ask when you enquire.

  • Do you cater for dietary requirements?

    Yes - I can accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free requirements. Please let me know when you get in touch so I can factor it in from the start.
